Sadly, the rhetoric, if not the person in this photo, is from Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka Kansas, led by Rev. Fred Phelps. These people are evil.

Sad indeed. It doesn't make any difference whether they're Baptist or Mormon or Episcopalian: those who do hateful things in the name of religion do such especially great harm.
